Repair and Return Policy
Good Deed Glass products are made with lots of care. It's my hope that you will continue to treat your glass piece with equal amounts of love once it arrives safely!
Once you've adopted your new piece, please refer to the Glass Care page for more info on how to best handle and care for your glass.
In the event your glass does suffer a fall or break while in your possession, Good Deed Glass does not offer refunds or returns.
Should you wish to have your glass piece repaired, please send me an email at hello@gooddeedglass.com and we can figure out the best steps moving forward. Note that all repairs done will be billed for labor and supplies, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
In the (highly unlikely, knock on wood!) event your product arrives damaged or seems to have become damaged for other reasons, please take photos and contact me as soon as possible!
