About
Hi! I'm Abbi, and I am the one-woman company known as Good Deed Glass. I operate a stained glass studio located just outside of Bozeman, MT.
Good Deed Glass is committed to donating a percentage of every item sold to a different nonprofit every two months.
While living off the grid for a little over a year in rural Nevada, I found I needed something to keep myself busy... okay, not really. Off grid life has its unique challenges, among them the need to constantly maintain and repair things. In order to have simple needs met like water, running water, hot water, heat, shelter, and myriad other things, I stayed super busy all the time!
While there, I discovered stained glass, and started my own little shop. Because I was living in a traditional Mongolian yurt off the grid, Off Grid Glass was born.
As my off grid chapter in life closed, I found myself wondering what to do, how to keep making stained glass, and how to give back once I was back on the grid. While driving one day, the idea for Good Deed Glass popped into my mind. A good deed done for every piece sold. I was hooked on the idea, and happy to have an answer to my questions.
I hope you'll enjoy my art, and maybe it will find a spot in your home.
